Our standard terms are that we charge a base rate (see below) for the service being provided plus reimbursement for purchases made on your behalf. All costs will be outlined in the contract and will be agreed upon in advance.

We are not caterers, florists, DJ’s, or photographers. We will however coordinate and make arrangements for professionals to provide those services as agreed upon in our contract.

We reserve the right to refuse service and to not perform services that are not specified in contract form.

If any changes to the contract must be made then the affected parties must be notified immediately and a new contract provided.

Deposits and payment terms will be decided upon at the time contract is signed.

Base Rates:

Wedding Officiating: $100 up to 200 guests
Wedding Planning: $500 up to 200 guests
Event Planning: $250 up to 100 guests, $500 up to 200 guests
Events for 200+ people: Rates will be determined based on the specific services requested.
